ARcare® double-coated capillary spacer tapes are used to create channels in diagnostic and biosensor devices for maintaining accurate sample volume and flow. ARcare® single-coated tapes are used for lidding applications in diagnostic and biosensor devices.
Our manufacturing processes enable us to tightly control overall tape thickness with on-line measurement gauges during coating to assure controlled capillary channel heights. A variety of tape thicknesses and adhesive types are available.
