Adhesives Research (AR), a leading global provider of advanced adhesive technologies, has announced planned leadership updates that support the evolution of the company’s operating model, focused on long-term growth and partnerships.
The new leadership structure enhances alignment across commercial, operational, and innovation functions. As part of this strategy, AR has promoted the following team members within the organization:
Michael Allen, PhD, General Manager & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Mike brings over 20 years of experience, combining deep technical expertise in product development with a decade of leadership within AR, most recently as Director of Innovation. He has a strong track record of working closely with customers to deliver new and advanced adhesive solutions.
Matt Hunley, PhD, Director of Innovation
For the past six years, Matt has been a key expert in AR’s Research & Development organization and previously held the position of Healthcare Group Leader. In his new role, he will continue to elevate and launch new technologies to drive differentiation in the market.
Cameron Sterner, Vice President of Operations, North America
With 20 years of experience across engineering and manufacturing, including his prior position as Director of Operations, Cameron will lead operational excellence, bringing reliability and performance to the next level.
Effective April 27, 2026, AR has also appointed a new Sales leader with significant industry experience:
Ky Daimo, Vice President of Sales, North America
Ky brings 17 years of expertise in adhesives and industrial markets, with a strong background in commercial leadership and customer engagement. She has successfully led global cross-functional teams in promoting new technologies and increasing revenue.
