Device Bonding Tapes

ARcare® medical grade, device bonding tapes are formulated to bond to low surface energy (LSE) substrates such as TPE (thermoplastic elastomers), without the need for secondary curing or treatment steps for increased manufacturing ease and efficiency. Device bonding adhesives optimize your manufacturing processes and lower device unit costs.

Benefits:

  • Tailorable adhesion or a wide array of substrates.
  • Can be provided in transfer or double-coated tape configuration, with a skin-friendly adhesive on the opposite side.
  • Biocompatible per ISO 10993.
