Product Overview

AR’s ultra-low extractable silicone release liners are manufactured using proprietary, platinum-catalyzed coating chemistries that achieve extractable levels below 30 ng/cm²—significantly lower than conventional silicone-coated liners. This extremely low extractable profile prevents loose silicone molecules from transferring onto adjacent adhesive or film surfaces, ensuring product purity and consistent downstream adhesion.

These liners are commonly used in applications where the slightest contamination can cause device failure, such as in hard disk drive components, optical sensors, and cleanroom-assembled electronic modules. The controlled silicone layer maintains uniform release forces and stable surface energy across the entire web, ensuring reliable peeling, lamination, and component separation without residue or haze formation.
