Product Overview

ARcare® Device Bonding Tapes are formulated to deliver controlled adhesion to low surface energy (LSE) materials such as thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), polyethylene, and polypropylene—without secondary treatment or surface priming.

Available in both transfer and double-coated configurations, these tapes can feature a device-grade adhesive on one side and a skin-friendly adhesive on the other, creating a single bonding solution for device-to-skin or device-to-housing applications. Each construction is designed for clean processing, high bond integrity, and compliance with ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards.
